The Doctors expect the receptionists to take messages from patients for them. Relaying messages like this can often be a difficult task. It is, however, necessary for the smooth running of the practice and to everyone’s advantage. Please be assured that the staff will respect the patient’s privacy, while at the same time communicate between the patient and the Doctor as unobtrusively as possible.
